9 Ways to Use Solar Lights
Solar lights have been around for a long time and have been improved considerably although in recent years. They come in various sizes, colors, materials and types of lighting. Picking the right ones requires some 'advanced scheduling. They can easily be installed anywhere and require no wiring. They only require direct sunlight and that will give you many hours of lighting pleasure. Some ways to use solar lights are: 1. Solar street lights. It is advisable to light a path for your hot tub or outdoor gazebo and at the end of your garden. What better way to do it, but with street lights solar patio lights. 2. Solar landscape lights. Can be used to improve aspects of the landscape. You can do this with a set of landscape lights that can be located anywhere to accentuate everything that you want to highlight. 3. Solar spotlights. May be useful to improve a special tree, shrub or a flower garden or just light up the numbers. Many types of sun lamps are available to do just that. 4. Stone solar lights in hand. Along the way, add a solar stepping stone. These are available in 12-14 inches 12-14 inches square or circular shapes and have a small light that illuminates the night. What a wonderful way to accentuate the streets. 5. Solar rocks. Rocks are solar lights shaped rocks and are usually spotlights. These can be mixed into your rock garden to brighten up your rocks, ponds or whatever you want to illuminate. 6. Solar lighting system. There are also solar motion detector lights. Imagine having one of these in your range much of your property and do not even need to run cables to it. 7. Frog solar lights. There are solar lights in the shape of frogs that can illuminate areas around the backyard pools or simply in your garden. 8. Solar lights dog. Just like the frog solar lights, there are the lights just for dogs. These types of lights are generally lantern type lights that can be put almost anywhere. What a great conversation piece. 9. Several other solar lights. There are many other types of lights, which would require an exhaustive list to forward them. To name a few, there are solar owls, squirrels, angels, fairies and many other forms. As you can see, there are solar lights for virtually any application. All you need is a sunny area to put them in they do run on rechargeable batteries and need to recharge during daylight. Solar lights are relatively expensive to allow them the opportunity to experiment.
