DIY Wind Turbine – Permanent Magnet Generator
Home made wind turbine using a Permanent Magnet Motor. This an put out up to 1200W of power. This project has 3 parts: Mechanical - At this point, only this part is done ie mobile mini-mast, hub, and blades. Electronic - The next step is to build a microcontroller -based Charge Controller for my battery bank. I'm planning to use a LM3S811 evaluation board that I already have. Electric - The last step is to wire everything together a draw some power from the bank. Will be posting more video ...

More blades will get you spinning at a lower wind spind, but at the same time it will lower the top end speed. You need to do the math of how many rpms it will take that motor to produce a min of 13v.
Bigger! Widewise or lenghtwise? how would that help?
bigger blades.
sir send me the details about this project ….
