EFIE and PWM Wiring Diagram for HHO Systems

If your a newbie (like me) and dont really know what goes where when it comes to wiring, check out this vid, it might help. AH Oh yea here are some links that have some good INFO & articles about EFIE and PWM stuff. www.internationalhydroxy.com www.fuelsaver-mpg.com hhohuntsville.com www.internationalhydroxy.com If anyone has any more good informational links, drop a line & I will post them here. Oh and thanks to crob227 for informing that in line resetable circuit breakers you can be ...

Good day, i’m also HHO-aholic, just a simple question, my truck has an integral fuel pump (12vdc electronic pump inside the tank) if i used HHO fuel in my truck what will i do to shotoff the power from my fuel pump all we know when we start the engine the pump will start pumping fuel,i don’t wanna damage my pump.pls give me some ideas. thanks and more power. God bless you.

Allow me to put an end to the mystery. Watch this video for ABSOLUTE proof that it is IMPOSSIBLE for HHO to increase miles per gallon. Good stuff.

    GOOD PRESENTATION
    THANKS

  5. HHOSportTrac says:

Excellent presentation. The only thing that you should do is take the schematic 1 step further & define which terminal # on the relay goes to what (ie: relay terminal 30 goes to battery, terminal 87 goes to PWM etc

When the SL50 is hooked up and making gas, why didn’t my exhaust O2 sensor resigister that the mix was too lean, and back down my injectors? ( I have a ’98 Honda Odyessey)

  7. Ewansud says:

Tap the fuse panel. No fancy pwm and all that shxx, but which which one to tap? I’ve search up and down and noticed there’s never any complete info. Some of these HHO revolutionaries put up their high moral acts but never really deliver. In order to fight the oil crisis is to flood the masses w/ the info and make it very easy for them to actually get the parts and put them up themselves. It’s the same trick used by the oil companies and Microsoft. Make their products accessible and free.

  8. LungfishProject says:

If you have a narrow band O2 sensor (4 wire snsor) then you just split the white wire and put the efie in line. ie. the white from the O2 sensor into the efie and then the efie output to the white wire. It was on the Smack site. Can also buy from another site but can’t remember where. Just google the thing… easy.

  9. LungfishProject says:

Safe to tap from the Oil Sensor wire. When the engine is not running but the ignition still on the cell is without power…

  10. aleister897 says:

one line goes to the computer? oh yeah right which of the twenty lines into teh computer does it go too? INCOMPLETE instructions. AS USUAL. he also doesnt say why the pwm is necessary. or what it actually does. So far no one but the garage boys give exact details and have thought it thru. go figure!

Kutless rocks!! I for one (unlike all the complainers out there) enjoyed the background music. Good luck as you continue improving your design!

  12. eloid777 says:

what the part number for that pwm? where to get it, who make the pwm module?

  13. trimetaler says:

That really depends on what casing would use. You can also limit current flow to limit over heating. Best bet would be so have some form of intercooling system. HMMM???? tied into car radiator? Encapsulate Cell within cooling chamber.

  14. trimetaler says:

Doesn’t matter. Whatever works for you. Current in = Current out. Kirchoff’s law.

  15. 2jeter2222 says:

Great video thanks for the info. my question is how do u controll the temp. of the cell

  16. torabona says:

    REally really cool presentation
you clarified it so well I think you should charge fot this….THanks :)

    cool man 5/5

  18. Ewansud says:

Nice. But people will forget to turn off the switch! Some say just hook the positive to the wiper-motor, or the solenoid, etc, but there’s a chance that’s might cause a short. Can someone tell where it’s safe to tap from? And why the PWM that you have to set manually? Shouldn’t it be automatic — depending on the engine’s load?

  19. DjGisME says:

shouldn’t amp meter be on positive line?

  20. maranguapi says:

very very good.but ,please dont speak so quickly and do not put music while you talking.some people wordwide like me don“t undertend what you are talking easily.but thank you anyway.

I like the analog too…it’s retro. Great vid

  23. authorjeff77 says:

    thanks for the warning!

  24. txroyscock says:

I like the analog dial i rekn the digi meter looks cheap. Thats just my opinion

  25. HHOBioDiesel2000 says:

Great diagram and excellent description. (You might want to add the amp meter shunt to the diagram and description.) Thank you for your contribution to HHO education. Greg in Carrollton, GA
